Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is an incredibly rejuvenating practice. In this 75 minute class, we will explore gentle movements designed to help you feel embodied while preparing the mind and body for stillness. You will learn several meditation tools, and we will end with a yoga nidra guided meditation practice. You will leave feeling calm, grounded and recharged.
