Step up your cocktail game and your plant knowledge at the same time!  Each class will include one handcrafted herbal cocktail for you to sip while we learn about that week’s featured plant. We will discuss plant identification, medicinal, and culinary uses of the plant.  You will leave with the cocktail recipe, as well as other ideas about how to better incorporate herbs into your everyday life.
