Sunburn, bug bites, bee stings, cuts, scrapes and bruises can get in the way of our Minnesota summertime fun. Luckily, mother nature provides us with everything we need  to easily care for these acute conditions. We will meet at Sucker Lake Regional Park for an easy hike where you will learn how to ID the best plants for herbal first aid.  We will chat about each plant and its unique medicinal benefits as well as when and how to use it. We will not be harvesting herbs, but you will leave feeling informed and ready to reach for your back yard "weeds" the next time you or a loved one needs fast relief in a first aid situation. 

*Class will happen rain or shine, but if the weather is really bad (pouring rain/storms) class will be rescheduled.
